Attention Trail Gun Plate Match Shooters........

Trailgun Pistol Plate Match

The next TGPM is scheduled for Saturday, January 7th.

If you've always wanted to try your hand at steel plates, now's your chance!  Break out that 22 rimfire rifle and come join us in knocking down 4" plates at 50 yards (standing) and 100 yards (prone).  There are scope and iron-sights divisions, as well as junior and senior divisions.  The rules can be found on the Club's 'Rifle' web page.

We start sight-in and practice at 9:00 AM, and the match starts at 10:00.  Cost is $10 for members, $15 for non-members.

C'mon out!

Steel Challenge 2011

CLANG!

OK, folks, Steel Challenge is done for the 2011 season!  Don’t worry though, it will be back in the spring of 2012, better than ever!

We have some new targets and some new stage ideas -- and we hope to keep the word 'challenge' in Steel Challenge!  The format will be the same as last year, with each participant shooting four unique stages.  All Steel Challenge divisions are available, including Rimfire.  And Juniors are welcome!

Round count for a match is usually under 200, but it's always a good idea to plan for more.  It helps immensely if each shooter brings at least six magazines/speedloaders.  (If necessary, we can help you work with fewer mags.)  And don't forget your holster and mag pouches!  Steel Challenge rules can be found on the official web-site: http://steelchallenge.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/SCSARules.pdf

We'll start setting-up steel at 3:00 PM each SUNDAY and the match starts at 3:30 PM.  Pay at the Clubhouse before heading down to the range: $10 for adults, $5 for Juniors.

See you then!
