2009 Autumn Skeet League Rules
  • League starts Wednesday August 19th and continues for 8 weeks thru October 8th.

  • Member fees: $15.00 per week/$120.00 for 8 weeks.

  • Non-members fees $20.00 per week/$160.00 for 8 weeks.

  • When: Wednesday afternoons 4:00 PM and later. League starts August 19th and ends October 7th. It is encouraged that you shoot Wednesdays but not mandatory. You can shoot on any day that will fit your schedule. You can shoot two weeks ahead or makeup one week if needed for vacation conflicts. All scores must be submitted by the end of the day October 7th.

  • Where: Use any open skeet field.

  • Categories: If participation is sufficient we will create two or more categories based on the scores from the first two weeks. In addition, if you would like I can keep track of a sub-gauge category (28 ga and .410). Please mark your score sheet with a sub-gauge if you would like to compete against other sub-gauge shooters. (Ex: Bill Willhoit, 28 ga.) I will assume you are shooting 12 ga or 20 ga unless your score sheet indicates sub-gauge (28 or .410).

  • Teams: New this fall. There will also be a team competition with three persons on each team. Team members do not have to shoot on the same day. Each participant will be scored in the individual classification in addition to their team. There is no additional fee nor does a shooter have to be on a team.

  • Score sheets: Please use the score sheets for skeet league that will be available from the manager. Print your name, the date and the league week you are shooting on each sheet (league weeks are marked on the calendar at the club).

  • E-mail: If you furnish your email address I will send you updated league standings weekly.

  • End of league fun shoot: New this year. Rather than a banquet and trophies we will have a fun shoot the weekend of October 10-11th . The league will be able to pay for four rounds of shooting per participant. There will be some form of casual competition for all such as five stand or sporting clays. The details will be announced.
